An FDD sent on a paid plan. It carries the full intelligence layer: engagement insights showing who is reading and what they focus on, lead scoring, and AI-assisted follow-up for every prospect you disclose.
Nothing stops. Sending is never blocked. Each additional Smart FDD past your allotment bills at your plan's per-FDD rate and arrives as a separate invoice at the end of the quarter.
Your account drops to Essentials. Nothing is deleted and nothing stops sending: your disclosure records, receipts, and compliance clocks stay intact and free. You only lose the intelligence layer until you upgrade.
Growth and Scale are annual licenses billed monthly. Licenses renew each year unless you give 30 days' notice before renewal; there is no early termination or refund. Smart FDD allotments reset each quarter and unused allotment does not roll over. Overages are invoiced separately at the end of each quarter.
