What we're hiring for.
Lead Engineer
You own core product development, working directly with the CEO. No PM layer, no ticket queue, no translation loss between a customer conversation and what gets built.
Agent Engineer
We believe the future of company operations is multi-agent systems — not copilots that assist a person through a task, but systems that carry work end to end with people supervising the edges. Most companies are still years from running this way.
§ 02 About FDDHub
What the company does.
Every franchise brand in the United States must prepare and distribute a Franchise Disclosure Document before it can sell a franchise. Today that runs on Word files, email and outside counsel. We're turning it into software — for the brands, and for the franchise attorneys who advise them.
FDDHub is live with paying customers and is undergoing a SOC 2 Type I audit. The platform runs on Next.js and Supabase.
§ 03 How We Hire
Four steps, no take-home.
- Apply. A short form — a link to something you've built, and two questions that take about fifteen minutes.
- Thirty minutes with the CEO. What we're building, what you'd own, whether the shape of the job fits what you want next.
- A walkthrough of your own work. You drive. Something real you shipped. Nothing to prepare, no take-home assignment.
- A technical conversation with an engineer we trust, then references and an offer.
